A letting agent offering this package will find suitable tenants for the property, collect rent on behalf of the landlord, and handle any queries or issues related to rent payments.
The letting agent may also carry out regular inspections of the property to ensure it is being well-maintained by the tenants. However, the landlord is responsible for managing the property and dealing with any repairs, maintenance, or tenant issues that may arise.
